AquaFountains International has been designing and providing fountain equipment since it was founded in 2005. Prior to that the principal, Peter Crego, was an owner of another international fountain company and oversaw the sales and much of the design of many of the fountain projects that were done. As a principal in both companies Peter was and is involved in the design of many projects in the Middle East, South America, Asia and through out the United States.

The principal designer has been designing swimming pools and fountains since 1984. Peter Crego has been involved in swimming pools and fountain design since 1968.

Among the projects that have been designed by either Peter or Steve or both are: Universal Studio’s Islands of Adventure, Disney World’s Animal Kingdom, Infinity Towers Dubai by SOM, and Towne Center, Baton Rouge. Under construction are projects in Medellin, Columbia; a Rolling Ball fountains in Northern VA and Baltimore, a Jumping Jet fountain in northern VA; a conventional fountain in Elk Grove Village, IL; and a large interactive fountain in Greensboro, NC.
