This fountain is located in the city center of Simi Valley California. The area is an open air shopping center and the fountain is in the food court area. The fountain is a combination of laminar nozzles and conventional nozzles. The equipment and controls are housed in a buried vault adjacent to the fountain. The developer is Paul Quan Enterprises.
